Woods Valley Golf Club, nestled in the rolling hills of Valley Center, opened in 2004 as a Dave Ginkel design. The par-72 layout stretches just over 6,600 yards, weaving through groves of native oaks and sycamores with scenic mountain backdrops. Ginkel’s routing balances challenge and playability, using natural contours, water hazards, and strategic bunkering to create variety for all levels. In recent years, renovation and refinement work guided by the CourseCo agronomy and design team has focused on bunker improvements, turf upgrades, and sustainability measures. The result is a well-conditioned course that blends natural beauty with thoughtful, enjoyable golf.
