Landscape Photography
When I’m not photographing golf courses, I’m chasing light across the land—and sometimes, I get lucky and those worlds collide. Some of my favorite landscapes have come from the unexpected beauty found on golf courses, where sculpted terrain meets wild skies in ways you’d never plan, but always hope for.
Off the fairways, my camera’s taken me from misty forests in Hong Kong's New Territories to Iceland’s raw glaciers and lava fields, and across the diverse landscapes of the U.S.—from the rugged peaks of the Mountain West to the painted deserts of the Southwest, and along the shores of Maine and Florida.
Landscape photography allows me to slow down. It’s a study in patience, in waiting for the light to tilt just right, for the weather to break or roll in. Whether it’s a sunrise glowing over a green, a thunderhead boiling over the ocean, or a long horizon stretching past the frame, these moments anchor me. And remind me very clearly why I do what I do.
