Westhaven Golf Club, Franklin, Tennessee

Westhaven Golf Club, just outside Nashville in Franklin, is anchored by a championship course designed by Arthur Hills, which opened in 2009. The par-72 layout winds through rolling countryside with streams, ponds, and elevation changes that showcase the natural beauty of Middle Tennessee. Wide fairways, strategic bunkering, and contoured greens create both challenge and playability. In recent years, the Hills–Forrest–Smith team has guided renovations, including bunker work, turf upgrades, and drainage improvements. I’ve had a longstanding relationship with Westhaven, photographing the club multiple times to capture its evolving beauty and championship character.
