Pensacola Country Club, Pensacola, FL

Pensacola Country Club is Florida’s oldest private golf club, founded in 1902 and set along scenic Pensacola Bay. The course, a historic gem featuring small greens and narrow fairways, suffered devastating damage during Hurricane Ivan in 2004. It was then fully redesigned and rebuilt by club member and champion architect Jerry Pate, reopening in 2006 with elevated fairways, firm greens, strategic bunkering, enhanced routing, and greatly improved drainage.
