Atlanta Athletic Club is a prestigious private club just north of Atlanta, in Johns Creek, Georgia. It has two courses... The Highlands Course and The Riverside Course.
Highlands has hosted numerous Majors, including both Men's and Women's PGA Championships and US Opens, as well as many national Amateur events.
Until recently Riverside has been sort of a second cousin, but with the recent renovation by noted golf course architect, Tripp Davis, that may change. Davis did a major renovation and the new Riverside is a beauty. I was asked to photograph Riverside just prior to its opening and these photo are the result of that photo shoot.
