Bent Creek Golf Course, Gatlinburg, Tennessee

In July 2024, I photographed Bent Creek Golf Course, just outside Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Designed by Gary Player and built in 1972, the course is set against the backdrop of the Great Smoky Mountains. Rolling fairways, tree-lined holes, and streams winding through the layout gave me endless opportunities to capture both drama and charm. Shooting Bent Creek was a highlight of the summer—beautiful, welcoming, and distinctly Appalachian.
