AUGUSTA COUNTRY CLUB
Augusta Country Club is one of the oldest private clubs in Georgia, and one of the largest. It shares a fence line with Augusta National Golf Club, and recently sold a small portion of its ninth hole to Augusta National so they could extend the tee box back on Hole 13 to bring more challenge to todays pros. The lengthened hole will debut at the 2020 Masters.
In the meantime, with the money Augusta National paid for the small bit of land, Augusta Country Club just underwent a significant renovation. And it's a beauty! Plus, the people are great to work with. It's all good!
