Ansley Golf Club In-Town, Atlanta, Georgia

Ansley Golf Club's Intown Course is a 9 hole gem... a golfing oasis in the midst of Metro Atlanta. Designed by Stewart Maiden, it opened as Ansley Park Golf Club in 1912. This is a landscape shaped as much by its surroundings as by its design. While the city is ever-present, the course offers moments of quiet: still water, mature trees, and stretches of green that feel briefly removed from the pace around them.

I’m drawn to places like this because they don’t announce themselves. Ansley Intown is a course I’ve returned to over time, and one that continues to reveal itself more with each visit.
